Louis Vuitton Spring 2012 Collection

Pastel is definitely Marc Jacob's inspiration for this year's Louis Vuitton Spring Collection. 18th century  Rococo style to be exact.

Just in case you're wondering what it means:
Rococo, from the french word, rocaille, means rock and shell garden ornamentation. This style was highly popularized in the 18th century when members of the court used pastel colours, flower, vines and shell patterns to elegantly decorate their homes.

And elegantly so is this collection, filled with pinwheel flowers, feathers and floral patterns.

This year, consider soft and demure details for you and your bridesmaids dresses then accentuate with sterling silver for your hardware (or maybe still keep some gold..just because we still love gold!).

Oh, yes don't forget the merry-go-round and the tiara!
Let me know what you guys think, ok?
