COMPLETE WEDDING STYLING + CONCEPT DESIGN

The details:
- Two face-to-face meetings to conceptualise a styling brief. R&B will visit your ceremony and reception venue and present a styling proposal and layout based on your style and budget.
- Your personal R&B stylist will create a concept for your wedding especially for you. This includes a lookbook that will guide you through your wedding planning process.
- R&B will source, negotiate and secure all vendors and items needed to execute your styling plan. An itemised budget will also be provide to you (including any wholesale/industry discounts).
- All contracts, confirmation deposits and further payments will be managed by R&B.
- Your personal R&B stylist will coordinate all details on-the-day for a seamless and successful execution of your styling plan. We will liaise with all suppliers including the venue manager from start to finish.

So many ideas going through your head? Sometimes you just need someone to put everything together. We can put all your ideas together into one lookbook to suit your style and taste. It's just easier to have all thoughts in one place. Your event lookbook will be your vendors' and your guide on making decisions leading up to your big day.

- We will be in touch with all your booked vendors to confirm all details you have already discussed with them.
- A set-up run sheet for the day. Once approved, we will distribute this to all vendors and suppliers.
- On your wedding day, your personal R&B stylist will be there to oversee every detail, coordinate with all vendor deliveries and ensure the run sheet is followed.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING
You want a unique, stylish and memorable wedding. You just don't have the time or you're not sure where to start?
This package is the whole shebang! Unlimited access to your own personal Ruffles & Bells wedding planner. Management of your budget. Coordination and booking all your vendors including your venues. Plus your wedding planner will be there on the big day to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
The details:
- Unlimited face to face meetings, phone and email contact with your own R&B wedding coordinator.
- R&B will research and recommend the most suitable vendors from florists to caterers to props all within your style and budget.
- Development of a style concept or storyboard for your entire wedding from ceremony to reception.
- Management of your budget, including negotiating and securing all your services needed on your behalf. Including ceremony and reception venue, florists, music and entertainment, stationery, props and decor, hair and make-up, caterers and mode of transport if required.
- A run sheet for the day. Once approved, we will distribute this to all vendors and suppliers. We will also get in touch with your bridal party and MC.
- Your personal R&B coordinator will attend and assist during your ceremony rehearsal.
- On your wedding day, your personal R&B coordinator will be there to oversee every detail, coordinate with all vendor deliveries and ensure that the run sheet is followed.
We'll be your wedding planner/friend/assistant from start to end.

DELIVER, DROP OFF AND PACK DOWN
This is for the DIY bride who has a very hands-on bridal party. You pick the pretty things and we'll taking care of making sure they get to you on time and you need not worry about packing them down.
ENGAGEMENT STYLING
It may not be your big day yet but you'd love to have sweet photos to share with your guests. This package is designed to assist you on a concept shoot you'd love to achieve. We take care of the props and even assist you on what to wear. All you need is to bring yourself and smile for the camera.
