The prettiness continues with Marchesa this midweek. Before we start the show, let's have Marchesa describe their new collection:

"The Fall 2013 Bridal collection blends Marchesa’s signature ethereal aesthetic with soft architectural details inspired by the heart of the Iris and Bulgarian Rose. Dress silhouettes were adorned with cascading petals of silk chiffon blended along with delicate pearl scallops and intricate lace detailing. Hints of blush peek through hand draped and embroidered bodices finished with lavish gazar ball skirts and metallic threadwork details in subtle shades of gold and silver. Marchesa’s Fall 2013 Bridal collection also included luxurious handbags and custom headpieces inspired by the intricate design of irises and roses. Miriam Haskell earrings and hair clips completed each look. The collection, designed for the diverse tastes of modern brides, presented a range of silhouettes, from full-skirted gowns to demure cocktail pieces all with the designers’ signature attention to exquisite detail and handcraftsmanship. The jewelry, by Miriam Haskell, also perfectly complimented the romantic aesthetic of the dresses."
