DIY Eco-Friendly Confetti & Envelope

Friday, July 06, 2012

Another midweek DIY for all of you! If you have lots and lots of scratch papers around, I have found a new way to use those papers you are about to throw away.

I know that confetti enevelopes are now trending with any type of events. So instead of using petals for our wedding, we used punched paper! Turns out they can be cute and easy to make!

You'll be needing:
  • roll of kraft paper
  • scissors
  • ruler
  • puncher
  • scratch paper(s)
  • glue
For the confetti, just punch all you can with any paper you have. In my case, I used the left over kraft paper I have from making the envelopes.

I got the envelope pattern from EatDrinkChic. You can download it here

For the label, I placed our ceremony details on it for guests to read with a "You can now Toss Me" note at the end. Glue it in front of the envelope...tadaa!

And as simple treat for you guys, I made these ready-to-print Toss Me labels for you to download.

Click on this link to download. Enjoy! (This is my first attempt on this so bear with me. *wink*)

So what's your latest DIY project? I'd love to hear from you!
